Customers are required to **inspect the product carefully before paying the courier**.

By completing payment, the customer confirms that:
- The item is correct and undamaged
- The order was received in acceptable condition

**No returns or complaints are accepted after payment has been made.**

If you want to exchange a product (e.g., you didnโ€™t like it), you may do so within **3 days** of receiving your order, as long as:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- Packaging and tags are intact

Customers are welcome to cancel their order **before it has been shipped** โ€” no problem at all.

However, if a customer **refuses delivery after shipping**, the order will be marked as rejected.

If this happens **multiple times**, the customer may be **blocked from placing future orders**.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject future orders from accounts with repeated failed delivery attempts.
