Shipping Policy

We currently ship all orders using Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Shipping is available within our local delivery area only. We do not ship regionally or internationally.


Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Customers will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp, SMS, or email once the order has been dispatched.


Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days.

Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly due to weekends, weather conditions, or courier delays.


Payment and Product Inspection on Delivery

  • We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Customers are required to inspect the product carefully before making payment to the courier.

By completing payment, the customer confirms that:

  • The item received is correct and undamaged.

  • The order has been delivered in acceptable condition.

No returns or complaints will be accepted once payment has been made.


Shipping Fees for Exchanges

Exchanges are permitted within 3 days of receiving an order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.

  • Packaging and tags are intact.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including both return and reshipment fees.
No additional fees will be charged.


Refused Deliveries

  • Customers may cancel their order before shipment without penalty.

  • If a customer refuses delivery after the order has been shipped, the order will be marked as rejected.

  • Repeated instances of refused deliveries may result in the customer being restricted from placing future orders.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse future orders from accounts with a history of failed delivery attempts.
