Return Policy

Please make sure to check your order while the courier is at your doorstep.
If the order is not suitable, kindly return it immediately to the courier.

Once the courier has left the delivery location, we do not accept any returns under any circumstances.

Please note that exchanges are only available within 48 hours from the time you receive your order.
After 48 hours, exchange requests will not be accepted.


Product Inspection Policy

All customers are required to inspect the product thoroughly upon delivery before making payment to the courier. This inspection must include:

  • Verification of the correct product, size, and variant ordered

  • Checking for any visible defects or damages

  • Ensuring that packaging and accessories are complete and intact

Payment to the courier constitutes full acceptance that the product has been received in satisfactory condition.


Exchange Policy

We maintain a strict exchange-only policy. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. Exchanges will be accepted only if the following conditions are met:

  • You notify us within 3 calendar days of receiving the product

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact and undamaged

Requests that do not meet these requirements will be automatically declined.


Change of Mind / Customer Preference

If you wish to exchange the item due to personal preference (e.g., you did not like the product), you may do so under the following conditions:

  • You will be responsible for all shipping costs, including both return and reshipment

  • No additional service fees will apply for the exchange itself


Faulty or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs related to the exchange.


Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final-sale items

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographs of the product in its original condition

  • A detailed reason for the exchange request

Failure to comply with these procedures may result in the rejection of your request.
